POINTLESS STORY TIME!
(I apologize for the swearing in advance)
I was so, so hesitant to watch Total Drama again after what went down in the S3 finale. Like seriously, it felt like I just re-watched Clone High and was left with this crushing, empty, unfinished feeling. I ship AleHeather pretty hard, and although I never expected them to break down and fall into each other's arms and kiss, I did not expect whatever that was. Just fuck. I was fucked up for the rest of that summer. Desperately seeking news on any possible one hour special and reading fanfics like it was my job. It just threw me right off, we don't even know what the fuck the status of their relationship was in the end. Does he still want her? Does she still want him? WHAT THE FUCK IS WITH THE ROBOT SUIT?
FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK.
Not a fan of that ending, at least the other two seasons wrapped everything up all nice. I just felt like there was no resolution and conclusion that season. So many unanswered questions. Oh well, if that's what the writers chose then so be it.
ANYWHOO, after a while of moping and being depressed about the ending, I sort of just mentally blocked out the entire show until now. I looked at the new cast maybe once or twice when new pictures of them came out, but just never got back into it.
So this shit all happened in like the Summer of 2010, I was fresh out of grade 9 and was a immature fuck n' all that. After season I just wasn't feelin it anymore. There was nothin new happening so I just forgot about it. Skip to winter 2012 and we're up to date. One day I was scrollin though my tumblr, mindin' my own business, when a link to the first episode of TDROTI came up. I thought, fuck it, why not give it a try?
I am so damn glad I did.
It's like watching the first season all over again but with more interesting characters. Don't get me wrong, I love the Vets, but seriously, these newbies are great. I like everyone, there is no one on there right now that I want to yell at to get off my fucking TV. (Besides Staci but that bitch is GONE thank the fuckin lord). I am so fuckin upset that we only get to see these lovelies for 13 episodes. Make us wait 2 years then give us so little time to enjoy these peeps? That shitz cray-cray.
